An RV garage is a completely different build from a standard garage and most general contractors don’t have the experience to do it right. RVs require ceiling clearances of 14-16 feet, extra-wide doors, reinforced slabs, and often electrical hookups for shore power. Every single one was permitted, built to code, and finished to look like it was always part of the property.

The homeowners had a 38-ft Class A motorhome with nowhere to park it. We built a tandem combo: a 42-ft deep RV bay with 14-ft ceiling clearance, 50A shore power hookup, and a standard 2-car section alongside. Matched stucco and roofline to the existing home perfectly.

A homeowner needed a proper workshop space – three cars, a full workbench wall, 220V service for power tools, insulated walls and ceiling, and a separate pedestrian door. We built a 900 sq ft detached garage with matching Spanish tile roof to coordinate with the main house.

A Scottsdale homeowner with a 43-foot fifth-wheel trailer needed a dedicated storage garage with room to maneuver. We built a 16 ft ceiling clearance structure, 45 ft deep, with a 14×16 ft RV door, concrete apron, 50A hookup, and LED lighting. AZ ROC licensed all Scottsdale permits managed by us.

We always verify your specific RV dimensions before finalizing the design – the last thing you want is a garage that’s 2 inches too short for your coach. We ask for your RV’s height, length, and width before we draw up plans.
