Nikolic Construction was founded in May 2012 in Murrieta, California. What started as a focused residential remodeling operation grew steadily into a full-service general contracting company – handling everything from kitchen and bathroom remodels to full home additions, second story builds, ADU construction, and oversized garage builds.
For 30+ years, our primary market has been Riverside County – Murrieta, Temecula, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Riverside, Corona, and Norco – along with secondary work in Orange County. In recent years, we expanded our licensed operations to Arizona, serving Scottsdale, Phoenix, and the Greater Phoenix metro.
We are especially focused on ADU construction across California, where updated 2025 state laws have made it easier and faster than ever for homeowners to add backyard units, garage conversions, and in-law suites. ADUs are one of the smartest property investments available to California homeowners today.
